I’m new to CrewTracks. I’m trying to log in for the first time.
If you are an office employee, you’re in the right place. Try again, give us a call, or use the form below if you can’t log in.
If you plan to use the CrewTracks mobile app, you cannot set up an account here. Someone in the office at your company can create your account and give you a password. If you’re stuck, please give us a call or reach out using the form below.
I’ve used CrewTracks before, but I can’t remember my login information.
Your company’s CrewTracks admin can remind you of your username and set a new password for you.
I’m a CrewTracks admin. Why is it asking for my Organization Code?
CrewTracks admins can log in with an email address and password. You don’t need your organization code. However, you can also log in using your username, password, and organization code.

Absolutely! Please keep in mind that we might need to get permission from the primary account holder to grant you access to a CrewTracks account. You have a few options to get help:
- Use the chat on the bottom right of this page.
- Call us at 801-742-5555, option 2.
- Fill out the form below and we’ll call you. During business hours, we will reach out immediately. Outside of business hours, it might take a few minutes for your phone to ring, but we will not leave you hanging!
