You can now access GPS coordinates of any photo from the Jobs page or the Live Events page. Additionally, you can access photo locations from within the mobile app.
CrewTracks has always been a great construction photo app. By providing several ways to access a photo report, software like CrewTracks makes it easy to track time, photos, and now, location.
Here’s what the feature looks like on the iPhone app.
And here’s how to find the same information in the web/office app.
Note: as always, the accuracy of your GPS data will rely on several factors, most notably the settings on each device. Most devices have the ability to give CrewTracks “rough” or “fine” GPS accuracy. If the device is providing “rough” GPS data, you might find that the pin on the map isn’t exactly where the photo was taken.
Thank you for trusting CrewTracks as your construction photo app. If you’re not using CrewTracks yet, schedule a free demo to see how we can help you track time, photos, notes, locations, production, materials, equipment, and documents on your job sites. Thorough reports get a bit disorganized without some sort of photo reporting software, and with this feature update, we hope to solidify our position as the best construction photo app.
