For now, we have some attractive new icons (oooh, aaah) but the really exciting announcement is external document sharing. Check it out:
The sharing options you see will depend on the device you’re using and the apps you have installed. Keep in mind that some additional setup might be required. For example, if you don’t have an email account set up on your device, you won’t be able to share the document via email.
FYI, when you share the document, it will be automatically “flattened,” meaning none of the editable fields will be editable anymore. It will be a static PDF document, so you can send it to your external stakeholders without worrying about them making changes afterward.
