New Feature: Organization Switching

New Feature: Organization Switching

We have an exciting new feature announcement today. And by exciting, I mean… most of our current customers don’t need it, but those who do, REALLY need it. And it opens the doors for us to better serve larger companies, which is exciting.

In the past, we have served mostly small- to medium-sized construction companies. Each CrewTracks instance is sort of an island unto itself, so large companies with offices in several states had a hard time taking advantage of the utility and ease of our software because each office would have its own, separate CrewTracks instance.

But, in spite of that inconvenience, some large companies have used CrewTracks anyway! And they have benefited greatly from putting our simple app in the hands of their field crews for daily reporting.

I guess we can take it as a compliment that our daily reporting app is so useful that large construction companies have dealt with the inconvenience of logging out of one office’s CrewTracks account and logging into another. But we’re not here for unspoken compliments. And we’re definitely not patting ourselves on the back while our larger customers are dealing with a shortcoming of our product.

No, sir. We’re here to help and innovate for the people who build and maintain our world. And we innovate by combining vision with feedback.

So THANK YOU to our larger customers who have caught the vision of CrewTracks and dealt with this inconvenience until we could roll out this feature. And thank you for your feedback. Organization switching is here now, and just like everything we do, we worked hard to keep the complexity out of your hands. We do all the heavy lifting so you can enjoy incredibly easy-to-use software.

The following video is mostly for internal training purposes, but if you need daily reports for construction, and you’re at a large company, take a look. CrewTracks just became a very viable option for you.
